The Château Zen where Château de Madières is located in the charming village of Madières on the border of the Gard and Hérault departments, close to the famous Cirque de Navacelles.

This charming hotel and spa is the ideal place to recharge your batteries as a couple or as a family, in the heart of unspoilt countryside.

9 comfortable suites and rooms with a view!

The 9 suites and rooms at Château Zen are all unique, with views over the village, the river or the mountain.

They range in size from 35 m² to 102 m² for the most spacious and are all equipped with a coffee and tea corner with Nespresso and Dammann Frères products, a minibar with cold drinks, sweet and savoury snacks and Ruinart champagne and Occitane brand welcome products.

The Château Zen wellness area (Spa, massage, yoga…)

Château Zen isn’t called Château Zen by chance!

In fact, the natural ambience of the place is perfect for wellness activities. On site, you can enjoy a sauna and a hammam (each for 4 people), as well as massages in the massage room or under the open sky.

The Château also offers yoga, tai chi and qi-gong classes on the yoga platform overlooking the pool.

All classes must be booked in advance. Subject to the availability of our qualified masseur and yoga teacher.

The Château Zen table d’hôtes (lunch and dinner)

During your stay, you can sample the finest local produce at our table d’hôtes. Lunch is served on the pool house terrace, just a stone’s throw from the swimming pool, and dinner is served in the Panoramic restaurant, with its superb views over the Vis Valley.

Breakfast is served as a buffet, with a wide choice of sweet and savoury products: regional jams, cheese and charcuterie platters, homemade quiches and tarts, scrambled eggs, fruit, homemade yoghurts, freshly squeezed fruit juice and much more.

Lunch is served (weather permitting) on the pool house terrace, a stone’s throw from the pool and in the library.

All meals are reserved for guests only and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
